Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and confirmation of payment clearance. However some orders are custom made via print on demand and we cannot control stocks, and there sometimes may be a delay which we are unable to control or refund as we have already paid for the order upon completion of your sale. If there is time pressure on an item, please contact us so we can let you know if we have it in stock! If you have a time limited challenge it will have stated the terms in the product description. If this is so we will await your confirmation evidence that you have completed the challenge before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on our suppliers shipping estimates.  

Please note that there may be a postal delay on your order due to the current shipping delays worldwide. 

Local delivery

Sometimes we may update products to a Local Pick-Up option. This means that you have to sign up to one our our real time events before ordering and pick up the order there. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please select your address from the checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skate Everywhere Project is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We complete international sales via Etsy to ensure you will be charged your appropriate state or country Tax and IOSS. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at skateeverywhere@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will contact our supplier and get back to you. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes and unverified addresses

Our supplier is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Sometimes we may have difficulties with your address and we will attempt to contact you to confirm your address or ask for an alternative. If we have no response from you in 7 business days we will send the order and we hold no liability if you have provided the wrong information.
